Shark photographer bites back at Walmart
Well lnown underwater photographer LeRoy French has filed suit in South Carolina Federal Court against Walmart, Iconix and StudioRay for copyright infringement on the attached shark image. The Great White Shark was photographed off the Island of Guadalupe in the pacific ocean by Mr. French. It was subsequently stolen by
Walmart et al and printed on over 160,000 Ocean Pacific bathing suits. Mr. French is seeking damages for the usage.l
